KAZ Hotels is a family-owned hospitality business with a long-term approach to hotel ownership, development and operations.

We own and operate an established portfolio of London hotels alongside a growing development pipeline across the capital.

Our approach combines the perspective of an owner with the experience of an operator. From identifying opportunities and securing planning permission through to development, opening and day-to-day hotel operations, we take a hands-on approach throughout the lifecycle of an asset.

We work with leading international hotel brands while also developing independent concepts where appropriate, with a focus on well-located properties, efficient design and strong long-term performance.

As a family business, we invest with a long-term outlook. Whether operating an existing hotel, repositioning an asset or delivering a new development, our focus is on creating hotels that work for our guests, our partners and the communities in which we operate.
